<p> Efficient water use in agriculture is paramount for sustainable crop production, particularly in the context of increasing water scarcity and competition for water resources. This research project aims to investigate the impact of agroecosystem management practices on crop water use efficiency, with a focus on optimizing water utilization while maintaining high crop yields. Through field experiments, hydrological modeling, and agroecological assessments, this study seeks to elucidate the interactions between agroecosystem management strategies, soil-water dynamics, and crop water use efficiency. By integrating ecological principles with water management strategies, the project aims to identify sustainable approaches for enhancing crop water use efficiency within diverse agroecological contexts.
