By leveraging bioinformatics tools and databases, this study seeks to identify candidate genes for targeted editing and unravel the functional elements within crop genomes. The project will also investigate the application of bioinformatics in predicting off-target effects and optimizing the design of genome editing tools for precise and efficient gene modification. The findings of this research will contribute to the development of bioinformatics-based strategies for enhancing crop traits and accelerating breeding programs <br></p>
