This thesis explores the impact of co-operative enterprises on socio-economic development in rural communities through a comprehensive case study. Co-operatives play a significant role in fostering economic growth, social cohesion, and sustainable development in rural areas. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of co-operative enterprises in driving socio-economic development within rural communities, with a focus on a specific case study. The research methodology includes a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches to gather data and analyze the impact of co-operative enterprises. Primary data will be collected through interviews, surveys, and observations, while secondary data will be obtained from existing literature and reports. The study will utilize a mixed-methods approach to provide a holistic understanding of the impact of co-operatives on rural development.
