This thesis aims to analyze the factors influencing the success of co-operative enterprises in rural communities, with a focus on understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by these organizations. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with key stakeholders and quantitative data analysis to provide a comprehensive understanding of the topic. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms.
