Thesis Abstract

<p> This research project aims to investigate the role of cooperatives in urban development. Urban areas are facing numerous challenges related to housing, employment, and sustainable infrastructure. Cooperatives have the potential to address these challenges through community-based initiatives and collective action. The study will examine the impact of cooperatives on urban development, including their role in affordable housing, job creation, and sustainable urban planning. It will also explore the challenges and opportunities for cooperatives in urban settings and provide recommendations for policymakers and practitioners. <br></p>
