AbstractThis research project focuses on assessing the effect of organizational culture on the performance of quantity surveying firms in Nigeria. Organizational culture plays a significant role in shaping the behavior, values, and norms within a firm, which in turn impact its overall performance. The study aims to investigate how different aspects of organizational culture, such as leadership style, communication patterns, teamwork, and innovation, influence the performance of quantity surveying firms in Nigeria. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative techniques. Data will be collected through surveys, interviews, and observations from a sample of quantity surveying firms in Nigeria. The qualitative data will be analyzed thematically to identify common themes related to organizational culture within the firms.
