Thesis Abstract

<p> This project aims to explore the use of historical experiments as a pedagogical tool in teaching chemistry. By revisiting and replicating classic experiments conducted by renowned chemists, this study seeks to assess the impact of historical context on student engagement, understanding of scientific principles, and appreciation for the historical development of chemistry. The research will involve designing and implementing historical experiment modules, collecting student feedback, and evaluating learning outcomes through assessments and reflective assignments. The findings will provide insights into the potential benefits of integrating historical experiments into the chemistry curriculum. <br></p>
