Thesis Abstract

This project aims to explore the implementation of experiential learning in business education. Experiential learning is a hands-on, immersive approach that allows students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world business scenarios. The project will investigate the effectiveness of experiential learning in enhancing students' understanding of business concepts, improving critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and preparing them for the challenges of the business world. The research will also examine best practices for integrating experiential learning into business programs and the impact of such methods on students' academic and professional development.
