Abstract
This thesis explores the implementation of Lean Management Principles in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through a comprehensive case study approach. The research aims to investigate the application of Lean principles in the context of SMEs and evaluate their impact on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and overall business performance. The study delves into the background of Lean management, its relevance to SMEs, and the challenges faced by these organizations in adopting Lean practices.
