This thesis aims to explore the impact of AI on supply chain management efficiency in the retail industry, focusing on how AI applications can enhance operational processes, optimize decision-making, and improve overall performance. The study investigates the benefits, challenges, and implications of adopting AI technologies in retail supply chain management, with a particular emphasis on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies, frameworks, and case studies related to AI in supply chain management and the retail industry.
