The study aims to investigate the impact of blockchain technology on supply chain management practices and the benefits it offers in terms of transparency and efficiency improvement. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of terms.
