Abstract
This research project aims to conduct a comprehensive survey of the management of problems faced by business centers in Agwu. Business centers play a crucial role in providing various services to the community, ranging from photocopying and printing to internet browsing and document binding. However, these establishments often encounter numerous challenges that hinder their operations and growth. The study will investigate the common problems experienced by business centers in Agwu, including issues related to infrastructure, technology, competition, and customer relations. The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. Surveys will be conducted with business center owners and managers to gather quantitative data on the specific challenges they face. Additionally, in-depth interviews will be carried out to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying causes of these problems and potential solutions. The qualitative data will provide valuable insights into the experiences and perspectives of the business center operators. The findings of this study are expected to shed light on the key issues affecting business centers in Agwu and offer recommendations to address these challenges effectively. By identifying the most prevalent problems and their root causes, the research aims to provide actionable insights that can help improve the management of business centers in the area. The results will be beneficial not only to business center owners and managers but also to policymakers and stakeholders involved in supporting small businesses in the community. Overall, this research project seeks to contribute to the existing literature on small business management and provide practical recommendations for enhancing the sustainability and success of business centers in Agwu. By addressing the specific problems faced by these establishments, the study aims to promote a conducive environment for entrepreneurship and economic development in the region. Ultimately, the insights gained from this research can inform strategies to overcome challenges and improve the overall business environment for small enterprises in Agwu.
