This thesis explores the strategies employed by XYZ Company to enhance employee engagement in the workplace. The study adopts a case study approach, focusing on XYZ Company as a representative organization to investigate the various initiatives and practices implemented to boost employee engagement levels. The introduction provides a background to the study, highlighting the significance of employee engagement in enhancing organizational productivity and employee well-being. The problem statement underscores the challenges faced by organizations in fostering employee engagement, while the objectives of the study aim to identify and analyze effective strategies for enhancing employee engagement. The study also outlines the limitations and scope of the research, providing a clear understanding of the boundaries within which the study operates. The literature review delves into existing research on employee engagement, exploring key concepts, theories, and models related to employee engagement strategies.
