Conflict is an inevitable aspect of organizational dynamics, and its mismanagement can lead to detrimental effects on employee morale, productivity, and overall organizational performance. The study will examine various conflict resolution approaches, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, and their applicability in different workplace contexts.
