Thesis Abstract

<p> This project aims to investigate the effectiveness of concept mapping as a teaching strategy in the context of biological classification. Concept mapping is a visual tool that helps students organize and connect information, promoting meaningful learning. The study will involve a comparison between a traditional lecture-based approach and a concept mapping approach in teaching biological classification to high school students. The project will assess student comprehension, retention, and overall understanding of the topic, as well as their attitudes towards concept mapping as a learning tool. The findings will contribute to the existing literature on effective teaching strategies in biology education. <br></p>
