The financial services landscape has been significantly transformed by the advent of financial technology (Fintech) innovations, with traditional banking institutions facing increasing competition and disruption. This thesis aims to analyze the impact of Fintech innovations on traditional banking services. The study investigates how Fintech solutions such as mobile banking, blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, and peer-to-peer lending have reshaped the banking industry and altered customer behavior. The research begins with a comprehensive review of the literature on Fintech innovations and their implications for traditional banking. This review delves into the various types of Fintech solutions, their adoption rates, and the challenges and opportunities they present for traditional banks. The literature review also examines the evolving regulatory landscape and the role of collaboration between Fintech firms and banks in driving innovation. The methodology chapter outlines the research design, data collection methods, and analytical techniques employed in this study.
