The financial services industry has experienced a significant transformation with the advent of financial technology (fintech) innovations. This thesis examines the impact of fintech innovations on traditional banking services through a comprehensive case study. The study aims to provide insights into how fintech solutions have disrupted and reshaped the landscape of traditional banking services, with a focus on customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive dynamics. The research methodology adopted for this study includes a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection methods to capture a holistic view of the impact of fintech on traditional banking services. The literature review provides a comprehensive overview of the key concepts, theories, and empirical studies related to fintech innovations and traditional banking services, setting the theoretical framework for the study.
