Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to explore the role of financial institutions in promoting financial inclusion. Financial inclusion refers to the accessibility and availability of financial services to all individuals, especially those who are traditionally underserved or excluded from the formal financial system. The study will examine the strategies and initiatives implemented by financial institutions to enhance financial inclusion, such as the development of innovative products and services, expansion of branch networks, and adoption of technology-driven solutions. The research will also assess the impact of these efforts on improving financial access, usage, and overall well-being of individuals. The findings of this study will contribute to the existing literature on financial inclusion and provide insights for policymakers and financial institutions to further enhance their efforts in promoting inclusive finance.
