This thesis explores the concept of adaptive reuse as a sustainable approach to revitalizing historic buildings for contemporary urban needs. The research focuses on the potential benefits of adaptive reuse in enhancing urban sustainability, preserving cultural heritage, and promoting economic development. The introduction sets the context for the study by highlighting the significance of historic buildings in urban environments.
