The primary objective of this research is to investigate how green building techniques can be effectively integrated into urban redevelopment projects to enhance environmental sustainability, social well-being, and economic viability. The study begins with an introduction that provides a comprehensive overview of the research topic, followed by a background of the study that highlights the importance of green building practices in the context of urban redevelopment.
