Archaeological sites play a crucial role in shaping the tourism landscape of various regions worldwide. This thesis examines the impact of archaeological sites on tourism development in a specific region, aiming to understand how these historical landmarks contribute to the growth and sustainability of tourism in the area. Through a comprehensive analysis of the interaction between archaeology and tourism, this study investigates the significance of preserving and promoting archaeological sites as key attractions for tourists.
