The relationship between archaeology and tourism has become a subject of increasing interest in recent years, as both fields hold significant potential for economic development and cultural preservation. This thesis investigates the impact of archaeological sites on tourism development, with a focus on a historical region as a case study. The study aims to explore how archaeological sites can contribute to the growth of tourism in the selected region and the challenges and opportunities associated with this relationship.
