Abstract
The poultry industry plays a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for high-quality protein sources. Among poultry species, broiler chickens are widely raised for meat production. The growth performance of broiler chickens is influenced by various factors, with nutrition being a key determinant. This study aimed to investigate the effects of different feeding strategies on the growth performance of broiler chickens. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research, outlining the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definitions of key terms. Chapter 2 presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key aspects related to broiler nutrition and growth performance. Chapter 3 details the research methodology, including experimental design, sample size determination, data collection methods, statistical analysis, and ethical considerations. In Chapter 4, the findings of the study are discussed in detail, analyzing the impact of various feeding strategies on parameters such as growth rate, feed conversion efficiency, and overall health of broiler chickens. The results are presented and interpreted to provide insights into the optimal feeding practices for enhancing the growth performance of broiler chickens. Additionally, potential challenges and opportunities associated with different feeding strategies are explored. Chapter 5 concludes the thesis by summarizing the key findings, discussing their implications for the poultry industry, and suggesting recommendations for future research.
