Thesis Abstract

The aim of this research project is to investigate the use of probiotics in promoting gut health in animals. Probiotics are live microorganisms that, when administered in adequate amounts, confer health benefits to the host. The gut microbiota plays a crucial role in animal health, affecting digestion, nutrient absorption, immune function, and overall well-being. This study will explore the potential benefits of probiotics in modulating the gut microbiota composition and improving gut health in various animal species. The research will involve conducting experiments to evaluate the effects of different probiotic strains, dosages, and administration methods on gut microbial diversity, immune response, and overall animal performance. The findings of this study will contribute to our understanding of the potential applications of probiotics in animal nutrition and health management.
