This thesis explores the utilization of mobile technology for effective agricultural extension services in rural communities, with a focus on improving access to information, training, and support for farmers. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. The introduction sets the stage for understanding the importance of leveraging mobile technology in agricultural extension services to address the challenges faced by rural farmers.
