With the advancement of technology, mobile applications have emerged as a powerful tool to deliver extension services efficiently and effectively, especially in rural communities where access to traditional extension services may be limited. This thesis explores the utilization of mobile applications for enhancing agricultural extension services in rural communities. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the study, discussing the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms.
