The study investigates the use of mobile applications, text messaging services, and other digital tools to facilitate information exchange, training, and advisory services in the agricultural sector. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, highlighting the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definition of terms related to the study.
