Abstract
This thesis investigates the impact of technology integration on adult learning within vocational education programs. The utilization of technology in educational settings has become increasingly prevalent, yet its specific effects on adult learners in vocational programs remain underexplored. The study aims to address this gap by examining how the integration of technology influences the learning outcomes, engagement, and overall educational experience of adult learners in vocational education. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from adult learners enrolled in vocational education programs. The study also involved educators and administrators to provide a comprehensive understanding of the impact of technology integration from multiple perspectives. The findings reveal that technology integration positively impacts adult learning in vocational education programs by enhancing engagement, facilitating access to resources, and fostering interactive learning experiences.
