Abstract
Technology integration has become increasingly prevalent in the field of adult education, offering new opportunities and challenges for learners in continuing education programs. This study investigates the impact of technology integration on adult learning in continuing education settings, focusing on how the use of technology influences learning outcomes, engagement, and access to educational resources. Through a comprehensive literature review, the study explores the theoretical foundations of technology integration in adult education and examines existing research on the subject. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. Surveys, interviews, and observations are used to gather data from adult learners participating in technology-integrated continuing education programs. The study also considers the perspectives of educators and administrators involved in designing and implementing technology-enhanced learning experiences for adult learners. The findings of the study reveal significant benefits of technology integration in adult education, including improved access to educational resources, enhanced engagement and motivation, and increased learning outcomes.
