The integration of online learning platforms in adult education has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential to enhance learning outcomes and increase accessibility for adult learners. This thesis explores the impact of online learning platforms on adult education outcomes, focusing on how these platforms influence learning effectiveness, engagement, and satisfaction among adult learners. The study employs a mixed-methods research approach, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews to provide a comprehensive understanding of the topic. The introductory chapter sets the stage for the study by providing background information on the increasing use of online learning platforms in adult education. The problem statement highlights the gaps in existing research and the need to investigate the impact of these platforms on adult learners. The objectives of the study include examining the relationship between online learning platforms and adult education outcomes, identifying factors that influence the effectiveness of these platforms, and exploring best practices for their implementation.
