Technological advancements have significantly transformed the landscape of education, particularly adult education. This thesis explores the impact of technology in adult education through a case study of online learning platforms. The study aims to investigate how the integration of technology in adult education settings influences teaching and learning processes, student engagement, and overall educational outcomes. A comprehensive literature review is conducted to examine the existing research on the use of technology in adult education, focusing on the benefits, challenges, and best practices associated with online learning platforms. The research methodology employed in this study includes a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. The study population consists of adult learners and educators participating in online courses provided by various learning platforms. Data is gathered through surveys, interviews, and observations to gain insights into the experiences and perceptions of both learners and educators regarding the use of technology in adult education.
