This thesis explores the implementation of technology-assisted learning in adult education programs. The integration of technology in education has transformed traditional teaching methods and provided new opportunities for learners of all ages. However, the adoption of technology in adult education presents unique challenges and considerations that need to be addressed to ensure the effectiveness of learning outcomes. This study aims to investigate the benefits, challenges, and implications of incorporating technology-assisted learning in adult education programs. The research begins with an examination of the background of the study, highlighting the growing importance of technology in education and the specific needs of adult learners. The problem statement identifies the gaps and limitations in current adult education practices and underscores the potential of technology to enhance learning experiences. The objectives of the study are to assess the impact of technology on adult learners, identify best practices for implementation, and explore the role of educators in supporting technology-assisted learning. Through a comprehensive literature review, key themes and trends in technology-assisted learning for adult education are analyzed. Ten critical factors influencing the successful integration of technology in adult education programs are identified, providing a foundation for the research methodology.
