<p><br>This research study aims to analyze program completion and retention rates among adult learners enrolled in continuing education programs at community colleges. Using quantitative data collected from three large community colleges over five years, completion and dropout rates will be compared across program types including vocational training, basic skills, ESL, and personal enrichment courses. Factors influencing retention such as student demographics, socioeconomic backgrounds, support services, and teaching pedagogies will also be examined. The findings seek to identify best practices for improving adult student success and provide recommendations for institutions to increase completion of adult education goals. <br><br><br></p>
