Thesis Abstract

<p><br>As life expectancy increases globally, populations are aging rapidly in many countries. Senior citizens who remain active and engaged tend to enjoy better health and quality of life in their later years. Education plays a key role in promoting active aging among seniors. This project studies senior citizen education programs offered by community colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations. It analyzes the types of courses provided, teaching methods used, benefits experienced by participants, and best practices. The goal is to understand how education can help senior citizens stay mentally and physically active as they age. <br><br><br></p>
