Thesis Abstract

<p>Peer learning is a widely recognized and utilized approach in adult education that promotes collaborative learning and knowledge sharing among peers. This research project aims to assess the effectiveness of peer learning in adult education settings and explore its impact on learning outcomes and learner satisfaction.<br><br>The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to examine the theoretical foundations and empirical evidence supporting the use of peer learning in adult education. It will explore the different models and strategies of peer learning, as well as the factors that contribute to its effectiveness.<br><br>The research methodology will involve a mixed-methods approach. Quantitative data will be collected through surveys and assessments to measure learning outcomes and learner satisfaction among adult learners engaged in peer learning activities. Qualitative data will be gathered through interviews and focus groups to gain insights into the experiences and perceptions of adult learners regarding the effectiveness of peer learning.<br><br>The findings of this research will contribute to the existing knowledge on the effectiveness of peer learning in adult education. It will provide valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and program developers in designing and implementing effective peer learning programs. Ultimately, this research aims to enhance the understanding and implementation of peer learning as a pedagogical approach in adult education, fostering collaborative learning environments and improving learning outcomes for adult learners.<br></p>
