<p>Mental health is a critical aspect of overall well-being, and adult education has the potential to play a significant role in promoting mental health. This research project aims to investigate the impact of adult education on mental health outcomes and explore the mechanisms through which adult education can contribute to improved mental well-being.<br><br>The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to examine the existing knowledge on the relationship between adult education and mental health.
