Thesis Abstract

<p>Cultural responsiveness is a crucial aspect of effective adult education programs as it recognizes and values the diverse cultural backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of adult learners. This research project aims to explore the design and implementation of a culturally responsive adult education program.<br><br>The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to examine the conceptual framework of cultural responsiveness in adult education. It will analyze existing adult education programs and initiatives that prioritize cultural responsiveness to identify best practices and challenges.<br><br>The research methodology will involve a mixed-methods approach.
