Thesis Abstract

<p>This research project aims to assess the effectiveness of online adult education programs in facilitating learning outcomes. With the rapid advancement of technology, online learning has become increasingly popular, particularly among adult learners seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge. However, there is a need to evaluate the efficacy of these programs and understand their impact on adult learners.<br><br>The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis and qualitative interviews. A sample of adult learners enrolled in online education programs will be selected, and their learning outcomes will be measured using pre- and post-assessments. Additionally, interviews will be conducted to gather insights into the learners' experiences, challenges, and perceptions of online education.<br><br>The research will focus on various aspects, including learner engagement, satisfaction, knowledge retention, and skill development. The quantitative analysis will involve statistical techniques to compare the learning outcomes of participants before and after the online program. The qualitative interviews will provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing the effectiveness of online adult education programs.<br><br>The findings of this study will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on online adult education and provide valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and program developers.
