This research project aims to explore the impact of AI on businesses, specifically focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The study will investigate how SMEs can leverage AI technology to enhance their operations, streamline processes, and gain a competitive edge in the market. By analyzing case studies and conducting interviews with SME owners and industry experts, the research aims to identify the key benefits and challenges of implementing AI in SMEs.
