This research aims to investigate the impact of different leadership styles on employee performance and satisfaction, providing insights into the most effective leadership approaches in various organizational contexts.</div><div>The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of employee performance data and job satisfaction surveys with qualitative interviews of employees and managers. The quantitative analysis will involve examining the relationship between leadership styles (such as transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire) and employee performance metrics, such as productivity, quality of work, and goal attainment. Additionally, the analysis will assess the impact of leadership styles on employee job satisfaction and engagement.</div><div>The qualitative interviews will provide deeper insights into employees' perceptions and experiences of different leadership styles. The interviews will explore the factors that contribute to employee satisfaction and motivation, as well as the role of leadership in fostering a positive work environment.
