Abstract
The administration of personal income in rural communities faces various challenges that hinder effective financial management and economic development. This research project aims to identify and analyze the problems affecting personal income administration in rural areas, focusing on issues such as limited access to financial services, low levels of financial literacy, lack of diversified income sources, and inadequate infrastructure for income generation. By utilizing a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, the study seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the underlying factors contributing to the challenges faced by rural residents in managing their personal income. The findings of this research will contribute to the existing literature on rural income administration and provide valuable insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and community organizations to develop targeted interventions and support mechanisms. By addressing the identified problems, such as the lack of savings and investment opportunities, limited access to credit, and inadequate income-generating activities, this study aims to enhance the financial well-being and overall economic stability of rural communities. Furthermore, by exploring the perspectives and experiences of rural residents themselves, the research will offer a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities related to personal income management in rural areas.
