Financial management plays a crucial role in the success and sustainability of cooperative organizations. This research aims to explore the significance of financial management practices within cooperative structures. The study investigates how financial management principles such as budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls are applied in cooperative organizations to ensure efficient operations and long-term viability. Cooperative organizations are unique in their structure and purpose, often operating on a member-centric model where profits and benefits are shared among the members. Effective financial management is essential for these organizations to thrive and fulfill their social and economic objectives. By analyzing the financial practices and strategies employed by cooperative organizations, this research seeks to provide insights into the key factors that contribute to their financial success. The research methodology involves a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data will be collected through interviews with financial managers and executives of cooperative organizations, as well as through the analysis of financial reports and documents.
